There’s no magical way to melt off the pounds, this I know. I was not blessed with the greatest metabolism so I really have a “been there, done that” relationship with dieting. However, I began working for Stacker 2 and I found out they have this product called Appuloss Diet. In addition to curbing my appetite, it really gives me that extra boost to get up and go (to the gym!) and get things accomplished.
